Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and health issues ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS.

Customer can only get an EXCHANGE if it is determined the Bellerose.et.plus is at fault.

If it is determined that Bellerose.et.plus is at fault and customer is requesting an EXCHANGE, It can only be made within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. The hair must be in the original package in perfect resell-able condition with the original sales receipt.  All tags and label must be intact. We cannot accept back any hair that has been installed, washed, cut, chemically altered or altered in anyway, styled, brushed, combed or modified in any way.

Customer is responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless otherwise stated by Bellerose.et.plus.

Customer must email bellerose.et.plus for any exchange requests and questions and must receive approval before sending hair back.

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange.
